Regarding questions about being staged or not: I'd say the vast majority of people we interacted with were the general public, though prior to the video shoot we reached out to anyone and everyone to come check out the piano and do whatever they wanted with it. We just wanted to encourage as much participation as possible but let people interact with the piano however they wish.
